Als marketeers zorgen we natuurlijk dat we op de hoogte blijven van digitale trends en ontwikkelingen in B-2-B marketing. Dat gaat dan vaak over ‘digitale transformatie’ en ‘digitale disruptie’. Zo krijgen we vergezichten, inspiratie en een sense of urgency. Maar het omzetten naar de praktijk van onze eigen organisatie is geen sine cure.
Want hoe pak je dat dan aan als je je eigen bedrijf wilt helpen wapenen tegen ‘disruptors’? Hoe begin je met het ontwikkelen van innovaties en nieuwe business modellen? Welke competenties heb je er voor nodig? Hoe ga je te werk? Op welke kerncompetenties van je onderneming bouw je voort?

In deze interactieve middagsessie gaan we in gesprek met een aantal drijvende krachten van ondernemingen die al flink op weg zijn. Ze vertellen wat zij hebben gedaan en hoe zij dat hebben aangepakt. Je kunt hen bevragen over wat zij onderweg hebben geleerd, de grootste successen én mislukkingen.
