YOU will join the evolving RRP department within Philip Morris Benelux, for which the head office is based in Antwerp, Belgium.

You will support the development of the IQOS brand from a consumer standpoint, facilitating the company transformation by driving the cultural transformation from a brand-centric to a consumer-centric organization.

Job Purpose
The role of the Brand Manager RRP is a key position within the RRP Benelux Department and has the responsibility to contribute to the development of Reduced Risk Products (RRP) marketing activities.

He/she will monitor progress against priorities and report to the Senior Manager Portfolio & Communication, while recommending adjustments when necessary.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Implement the definition of brand strategy in cooperation with Senior Manager Portfolio & Communication. Identify key issues and define long term brand objectives to provide an optimal input for the overall brand strategy.
  • Develop and propose brand marketing initiatives in accordance with objectives and strategies stated in the Brand Strategy and LRP, and PMI guidelines, to achieve annual and long term marketing, market share and sales targets.
  • Analyse in depth the consumer insight and market dynamics in order to provide constant input for the short term strategy.
  • Identify key issues and define long term brand objectives to provide an optimal input for the overall brand strategy.
  • Coordinate with RRP deployment teams to ensure consistent communication of the brand across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Senior Manager Portfolio & Communication on the development of executive presentations during Marketing and Sales meetings, management meetings.
  • Manage creative agency (ies) by providing clear briefs, outlining strategy, what has to be accomplished, the scope of assignments and project timelines.
  • Allocate the appropriate resources (DME, communication channels and internal and external resources) to achieve the highest ROI on the proposed programs.

Education, Experience & Desired Knowledge and Skills

  • Marketing profile;
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or similar;
  • Min. 5 years of marketing & sales experience, ideally in consumer centric functions (FMCG). Digital experience with an omni-channel marketing approach is a plus;
  • Always committed to deliver work of the highest quality with a strong consumer focused mindset
  • Excelling at project management
  • High level of flexibility, excellent listening skills and organizational agility;
  • Strong collaboration skills and enjoying the work in a team
  • Well developed people management and development skills;
  • Fluency in English required
  • Computer skills Word, Excel, Power Point.
